Our Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. Please take a moment to review the following information:
1. Eligible Items for Return
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team within [3 days] of receiving the order to initiate the return process.
- Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging. Please initiate the return within [5 days] of receiving the order.

2. Return/Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
3. Return Shipping
- For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Juliano Furs will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns of unopened and unused products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Refund/Exchange and Processing
Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or replacement as follows:
- For refunds, if eligible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [7 - 10 days] for the refund to reflect in your account.
- For exchanges, it's best to place a new order for the replacement item and return the original item for a refund.
5. Non-Returnable/Refundable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic products, such as opened and used items, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Clearance and customized items are final sale; returns and exchanges will not be accepted for these items.
- Altered apparel, special orders, or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
