Juliano Furs maintains a strict no return and no refund policy once an order has been placed. Each piece is crafted specifically for the client, ensuring a custom fit and finish.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The coat or accessory received is damaged upon arrival, or
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues (since measurements are confirmed and approved before production)
  • Color variations in fur, as natural fur may have slight tone differences
  • Change of mind or preference after confirmation

Sizing Adjustments (U.S. Partner Service)

In the event a coat requires minor sizing adjustments, Juliano Furs clients in the United States can have their pieces professionally resized free of cost through our partner furrier.

  • This service applies primarily to sizing down or small fitting corrections.
  • Clients will only be responsible for shipping the coat to and from the U.S. service partner.

Important Notes

  • Customers are encouraged to verify measurements carefully before confirming an order.
  • Any claims regarding damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photos or videos for assessment.
  • Juliano Furs reserves the right to make the final determination on any claims, exchanges, or refunds.
